Hello,
I am currently updating Tzabouhia to Version 3.0/Third Edition. I expect updates to be finished after break. If a topic title has not been edited, then it has not been touched. Especially for the rule addenda, if there is no chapter number, then they are considered complete or near-complete 3E rules.
