Sale of Refined, Reactor Grade Uranium

Oxuythar is willing to sell 2 units of reactor grade uranium and 5 units of unrefined uranium.
We are willing to begin the auction at 20 MTZ$ for the refined uranium and 10 MTZ$ for the unrefined.
Both bids must go up by a minimum of 10% of the previous bid.
He who holds the highest bid for 48 continuous hours will receive the uranium.
